Thank you again for all your help selling our house.  You helped us sell our house quickly in 2002 and also helped us sell this house quickly in 2011.  In these troubling economic times where foreclosures, short sales and other unique situations make selling a house a nightmare you both made the process work efficiently and represented us throughout.
 
I have heard from so many people that we were so "lucky" to have sold our house in this strange environment.  We have friends who have had houses on the market for a year or more and they asked us for the secret to having so much "luck."  Both you and Melody are to credit or "blame" for that luck.  You did extensive research to discover what comparable properties and houses cost and which properties were moving and at what price.  Your market knowledge and your experience in the current environment helped us position our house in the best possible way to facilitate the sale.  You advised us as to several strategies for selling our house and which strategies would work best for us.
